Dear Customers,

In light of the escalating situation with regard to Coronavirus, JKC would like to inform you of the additional actions we have taken to protect the health and well-being of our customers and employees.

Our Business Continuity Plan outlines the specific steps we have taken to maintain a safe environment for all, whilst safeguarding the company's ability to maintain our day-to-day operations, allowing us to continue providing normal service to our customers across all areas of our business.

Our plan includes:

  • A dedicated Management Team who will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis, providing staff updates and implementing new measures if and when required
  • Employees who feel unwell or who are in high-risk groups have been asked not to attend work
  • Introducing software to enable staff to work from home where possible
  • Increasing the frequency of disinfecting surfaces such as door handles, phones, desks and chairs whilst maintaining our high standards of daily cleaning
  • Applying anti-bacterial spray to steering wheels & gear-knobs before & after use
  • Adhering to Social Distancing guidance in our customer waiting & workspace areas
  • Restricting business travel & meetings for all employees
